Return & Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. Where a product we supply has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement, at your choice.

Service work

If a service we provide is not carried out with due care and skill, or does not achieve the agreed result, please contact us. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, rectify the work at no additional cost or provide a refund for the affected portion of the service.

Products and hardware

• Locks, safes and hardware supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If a product we supply is faulty or not of acceptable quality, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the manufacturer's warranty and your consumer rights.
• Custom-cut keys, coded transponder keys and restricted profile keys are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Change of mind

We are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange where you simply change your mind about a product or service, but we will consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund or return

Contact us as soon as you become aware of an issue. Please provide your details, a description of the product or service, and the nature of the concern. We will respond and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Timing depends on your financial institution but is typically within several business days.
