Terms of Service

1. The service

Logic Locksmiths provides mobile locksmith services including emergency entry, residential and commercial lock work, automotive key services, smart security and safe services. We will carry out the work with due care and skill, using appropriate techniques and materials.

2. Quotes and pricing

Where a quote is provided, it is based on the information available at the time. If unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the cost, we will explain the change and seek your agreement before proceeding. Callout and after-hours fees may apply and will be disclosed when you book.

3. Authority to work

You must have the authority to authorise work on the property, vehicle or safe in question. We may request proof of identity or ownership before providing entry services, particularly for lockouts. We will not provide entry to a property or vehicle without reasonable evidence of your right to access it.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed at the time of booking. If a payment is not received, we may withhold delivery of keys or completion of further work.

5. Non-destructive entry

Where the lock allows, we attempt non-destructive entry before drilling. In some cases a lock cannot be picked or is already damaged, and drilling and replacement may be necessary. We will explain this before proceeding and any replacement cost will be included in the agreed price.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide safe and lawful access to the site, vehicle or equipment.
• Provide accurate information about the lock, key or problem.
• Arrange for someone 18 years or over to be present where required.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single service is limited to the cost of that service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The 'last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision.
